Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of NumRush ("the app"), published by Fable Studio Apps ("we", "us"). By using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use NumRush for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions (Licensed Application End User License Agreement).

Community rules & user content

NumRush lets you set a display name and create tournament names that are shown to other players. You are responsible for the content you submit.

Zero-tolerance policy. There is zero tolerance for objectionable, offensive, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, or otherwise abusive content or behavior. Content that violates this policy is not permitted.

• We filter names for objectionable content and may remove or replace any content, at our discretion, without notice.
• You can report or block any player in the app. We review reports and act on objectionable content — including removing it and, where warranted, suspending or terminating the responsible account — within 24 hours.
• Do not attempt to harass, impersonate, or abuse other players, or to circumvent the content filter or moderation tools.

Accounts & termination

You may play as a guest or create an account. You may delete your account at any time in Profile → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fable Studio Apps is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected by the date above.
